1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ULT Studio Limited ("ULT Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong, governing your access to and use of NPCC.app services, including our website (npcc.app), mobile applications, calculation engines, divination tools, gamified virtual spaces, social networking features, premium subscriptions, and related offerings (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE & ELIGIBILITY

NPCC.app is an all-in-one metaphysical analysis, divination, and gamified ecosystem. Based on a single set of user-provided birth data, the Service generates personal profiles, calculations, and strategic insights utilizing multiple disciplines, including but not limited to: BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Western Astrology, Purple Star Astrology (ZiWei), Qimen, Numerology, I Ching, Timeline (Liurem), Tarot, the Trinity Oracle, and Feng Shui.

The Service also includes interactive features such as "My NPC Room" (avatar and room customization), "NPC Sync" (chart comparison), "Birth Hour Finder", and the "Luck Treasury" content hub.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

Compliance: Our outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws regarding online services and metaphysical interpretations.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, SECURITY, AND BIRTH DATA CONSENT

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

Third-Party Data (NPC Sync): The Service allows you to input birth data for chart comparisons (e.g., via "NPC Sync" or relationship tools). By inputting any birth date, time, or location of another individual, you expressly warrant and represent that you have obtained explicit, informed consent from that individual to input their data into the Service. ULT Studio Limited disclaims all liability arising from unauthorized data entry.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMS

ULT Studio Limited owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, user interface designs, visual artwork, customizable avatars, graphics, the "Core Slime" assets, text, articles within the "Luck Treasury", and our proprietary data-blending logic—specifically our unique multi-astrology integration formulas, the Romance Dual-System Analysis, and the Trinity Oracle blending mechanics (collectively, "ULT Studio Content").

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or extract our proprietary mathematical formulas, cross-referencing rules, or alignment logic.
Using automated tools, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or bots to harvest data, calculations, or content from the Service without express written permission.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS, AVATARS, AND "MY NPC ROOM" ECONOMY

The Service features a gamified ecosystem ("My NPC Room") where users can interact with, decorate, and "feed" a digital avatar representing their Day Master.

No Ownership Rights: Any virtual items, clothing, furniture, backgrounds, or cosmetic upgrades acquired within the Service (whether earned via activities or purchased with real-world currency) are licensed to you on a limited, personal, revocable basis. You do not own the digital assets or avatars.
No Real-World Value: Virtual items and avatar enhancements have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be traded, transferred, or sold outside of the app.
Forfeiture upon Termination: If your account is terminated, deleted, or suspended by you or us, all virtual items, progress, and avatar configurations will be permanently lost and are completely non-refundable.

6. USER CONTENT, MANIFESTATION INPUTS, AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Your profile information, comments, and specific textual inputs—including text written inside the wish manifestation tools in "My NPC Room" ("User Content")—remain your property. However, you grant ULT Studio Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, transmit, and display this data solely to provide the functions of the Service.

You agree that you will not use input fields, manifestation tools, or social features to:

Post or store harmful, illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or highly sensitive personal data.
Impersonate others, create false identities, or harass other users.
Use the manifestation or text inputs to log malicious code, spam, or scam mechanics.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to moderate, remove, or delete any User Content or account that violates these guidelines without notice.

7. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed via our third-party provider, Airwallex. You authorize recurring charges for any premium features or automated subscriptions.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection, unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases, premium report deliveries, and subscription fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Price Adjustments: Prices may change upon 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for violations of these Terms, security risks, fraud, or to comply with legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time through your in-app account settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases instantly.

9. DISCLAIMERS ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE, PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMS, DIVINATION RESULTS, AND VIRTUAL INTERACTIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. METAPHYSICAL READINGS ARE INTERPRETIVE METAPHORS, NOT GUARANTEED BIOLOGICAL, SITUATIONAL, OR BEHAVIORAL PREDICTIONS. ULT STUDIO LIMITED IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REAL-WORLD CONSEQUENCES, OPPORTUNITY COSTS, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP OUTPUTS.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ULT STUDIO LIMITED FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ULT Studio Limited, its directors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your unauthorized submission of a third party’s birth data.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. No class actions or class arbitrations are permitted.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted via email or an in-app notice.

14. DATA PRIVACY

Your birth data and personal interactions are handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we implement industry-standard encryption and security measures via our modern data architecture, you acknowledge that no digital transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
