Heaven Trigram (Qian, 乾) ☰
The Qian trigram represents the primal, expansive force of the cosmos, embodying creative power, strength, and the relentless, orderly movement of the life simulation.
Overview
Heaven (Qian, 乾) is the first trigram, symbolizing the unceasing creative energy that drives the universe. It represents the sky, absolute power, and the initiating spark of existence that brings all things into being within the grand life simulation.
Composed of three unbroken solid lines, it corresponds to the element of metal, the father figure, the northwest direction, and the late autumn season. Its structure signifies strength, purity, and the unwavering persistence of the celestial path.
When appearing in a hexagram, Qian acts as a powerful catalyst. As the lower trigram, it provides the internal resolve and core character. As the upper trigram, it manifests as external authority, high ideals, or a profound shift in the environment.
