In the year of the Fire Goat, the Tiger enjoys Dragon Virtue and Purple Emperor shining high, riding the momentum as joy arrives naturally
Entering 2027, the year of the Fire Goat, friends born under the Tiger see an overall fortune that flows with the word smooth. It is a year to borrow the momentum and seize opportunities. This year the Tiger has no strong punishment or clash with the annual earthly branch Goat, making it a year of being at ease with the Jupiter General. That is to say, you neither collide head-on with the Jupiter General nor fully harmonise with it. As long as you do not push yourself forward too aggressively or move against the tide, you can advance steadily. Within the palace of destiny, the most reassuring presence is Dragon Virtue shining high. This is the strongest evil-dissolving auspicious star among the twelve deities and demons. Whenever difficulties arise, a benefactor will always extend a helping hand in time, and seeking help will bring a response. Sharing the same palace is the Purple Emperor, bringing prestige and support from elders, so that when trouble strikes someone will be willing to pull you up. Heavenly Joy also arrives at the door, presiding over all joyous matters. Adding a child, promotion, marriage and buying property are all suitable to push forward this year. On the side of malevolent stars, Heavenly Peril brings some scenes of false alarm, but under the shelter of Dragon Virtue these are mostly frightening yet harmless, and there is no need to worry excessively. What truly needs care is 3 Jade (Quarrel), a star of disputes and strife that easily invites gossip, quarrels and even groundless lawsuits. Every matter should leave black-and-white written evidence. And this year 3 Jade (Quarrel) flies precisely into the Tiger's own native sector, meaning that verbal disputes will follow you even more closely. The energy field at home and around the office desk needs particular attention in order to dissolve this wood energy.
Facing a year of being at ease with the Jupiter General, it is best to hold firm to your existing profession and add weight along with the momentum. There is no need to deliberately seek change. Put your energy into the connections and projects you already have. With the two great benefactor stars Dragon Virtue and Purple Emperor protecting you, when you hit a bottleneck you should actively speak up. Consult elders at home, senior mentors, former bosses or old teachers. One sentence from them is often worth half a year of groping on your own. With Heavenly Joy at the door, it is suitable to celebrate joyful events in a big way. Marriage, adding a child, signing contracts, moving and opening a business can all be arranged with a free hand, letting the joyful energy overshadow the malevolent energy. As for the gossip and disputes brought by 3 Jade (Quarrel), all cooperation and promises must be put down in written words. In group chats avoid emotional remarks, and when others provoke you do not argue out of temper. Staying away from gossip circles is the best form of self-protection. For the false alarms of Heavenly Peril, you can proactively dissolve them with the method of meeting the calamity halfway, for example arranging a comprehensive health check, teeth cleaning or blood donation, turning possible frights into actions that benefit you. In the year of the Fire Goat the Jupiter General's sector lies in the Southwest, with the mountain seat roughly between 202.5 and 217.5 degrees. The Jupiter General prefers to be sat upon rather than faced. The back of your desk chair, office seat and bed head should keep this sector behind you or to the side. Avoid facing this sector directly for long periods of sitting or sleeping. After the Start of Spring, choose a quiet morning, face this sector with a grateful heart and silently bow. If you have the habit of paying respects to the Jupiter General, you may also go to a temple to pay respects to the Jupiter General, so that the road of this year runs more smoothly. As for the native sector in the Northeast, this year it is occupied by the 3 Jade (Quarrel) wood star. The method of dissolving it is to use fire to drain the wood: place red objects in that spot, for example a red rug, red decorations or a small lamp with a red shade kept constantly lit. Red belongs to fire, wood generates fire, and fire drains its wood energy, so disputes will naturally disperse. At the same time, keep this spot tidy and bright with little clutter piled up, and the effect will be even better.
A zodiac forecast reads only one of the eight characters in your BaZi chart — the year branch — so it gives a general direction, far less precise than analysing the full chart. The year's Tai Sui also interacts with your month, day and hour branches, not just the year: even if your birth year isn't the one clashing or harming Tai Sui, another pillar carrying that branch feels the same influence.
