NPCC Partner Program Terms

The NPCC Partner Program ("Program") lets approved partners ("you", "Partner") earn a revenue share by referring new paying users to NPCC, operated by ULT Studio Limited ("NPCC", "we", "us"). Each Partner receives a unique referral code and link.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• Submit an application via the official Partner application form.
• Receive explicit written approval from NPCC. We may approve or decline at our sole discretion.
• Maintain an active NPCC user account using the same email address as your Partner contact email.

Once approved, you will earn a revenue share on payments made by referred users:

• Default revenue share is 20% of net payment (or as agreed in writing in your individual partner record).
• Attribution window: a user must click your referral link and sign up within 30 days of the click. Once attributed, the user remains attributed to you for the lifetime of their account.
• Revenue share applies only to actual completed and non-refunded paid transactions, in USD equivalent.
• Self-referrals are not allowed — you cannot earn commission on your own purchases or those of immediate family members.

If a referred user receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated revenue share will be reversed and deducted from your unpaid balance (or from future earnings if already paid out). Chronic chargeback rates may result in termination.

You agree to promote NPCC honestly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. You may NOT:

• Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading advertising.
• Bid on NPCC trademarks or brand keywords in paid search advertising.
• Impersonate NPCC or make claims that misrepresent our services or guarantees.
• Promote NPCC on illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable platforms.
• Self-refer, use fake accounts, click farms, bot traffic, or any artificial means to inflate clicks or signups.

Payouts are processed monthly, in arrears, once your unpaid balance reaches a minimum of USD $50. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer, based on the payment details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Bank fees on your end are your responsibility. NPCC is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction on earnings from this Program. NPCC does not withhold taxes unless required by Hong Kong law or applicable tax treaties. Where required, you may be asked to provide tax documentation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient). NPCC may also immediately suspend or terminate your participation for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or actions harmful to our brand. Upon termination, attribution will stop, but any unpaid balance earned before termination will be paid in the next normal payout cycle, subject to the $50 minimum.

You agree not to disclose non-public information about NPCC (including dashboard data, internal communications, or partner-specific terms) to third parties without our written consent.

The Program is provided "as is". NPCC's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the unpaid commission balance owed to you at the time of the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
