Star 5 sits at the centre of the Lo Shu square in its home position, which gives it unusual power. When it flies into a sector, it tends to magnify trouble: accidents, sudden losses, illness and bad luck in general. Feng shui practitioners always check where Star 5 lands first each year.
In Period 9 (2024 to 2043), Fire feeds Earth, so Star 5 is not weakened by the era. The key rule is simple: do not disturb it. In the life simulation, it is the boss-level debuff of the year, best handled by keeping that zone quiet and well protected.
