Will NPCC predict my death, illness or exact dates?

No — and we wouldn't want to even if we could. Bazi, Zi Wei and Qimen are interpretive systems, not deterministic ones. They describe tendencies, patterns and windows of opportunity — not fixed futures. NPCC frames everything as energy, choice and direction. We don't predict specific deaths, diseases or exact dates, and we always recommend consulting qualified professionals for medical, legal or financial decisions. The chart is a map; you're still the one walking the path.

What is Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny)?

Bazi (八字) — the "Eight Characters" or Four Pillars of Destiny — encodes your year, month, day and hour of birth into eight stem-and-branch symbols. You can feed up to 10 times a day (so up to 100 coins per day); after that your slime is full and rests until tomorrow. Feed Me is the main way to surface personalized daily advice. What are Cautious Days and Harmonious Days?

The Cautious Days & Harmonious Days panel on your homepage is a short-range daily forecast. Cautious Days (謹慎日) are days when current energies clash with your chart — not 'bad luck', just days where friction, miscommunication or impulsive decisions are more likely. A cue to slow down and avoid signing big things. Harmonious Days (和諧日) are days when energies align with you — a natural window for cooperation, important conversations, launches, or anything you want to move smoothly. What are Buffs and Debuffs (Shen Sha) on my chart?

Buffs and Debuffs are what classical Bazi calls Shen Sha (神煞) — symbolic stars that act like status effects layered on top of your base character. Buffs (吉神) highlight talents, lucky encounters, charisma or favorable themes baked into your code. Debuffs (凶煞) flag friction points — stress areas or recurring patterns that ask you to grow through challenge. A debuff is not a curse; it's a difficulty setting on a specific stat. You don't need to memorize them — just open My Chart and tap any one to see what it means for you.

What are Favorable and Unfavorable Elements?

Every Day Master has elements it gets along with and elements it clashes with. Favorable Elements (用神/喜神) strengthen or unlock your chart — wearing their colors, eating their foods, working in their industries, or facing their directions gives you a small but real edge. Unfavorable Elements (忌神) drain or destabilize your code — not 'evil', just out of tune with you. Think of a Fire Mage in a water-heavy world: the system isn't broken, you're just on hostile terrain. What is Zi Wei Dou Shu and how does it differ from Bazi?

Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗數) — 'Purple Star Astrology' — is a Chinese astrological system that maps your destiny across 12 life palaces (Career, Wealth, Relationships, Health, etc.) using a constellation of stars. While Bazi gives you the elemental engine — your core character and energy flow — Zi Wei gives you the life map — which themes show up in which area of life.
